“Where’s the camera crew? This is history in making!” was the response from songwriter extraordinaire Poo Bear after hearing the story of 13 Crowns. While in the studio he wanted to learn each individual band member’s name and he also learned why most people who hear the story of this family say “you guys need a T.V. show”.  The 7 oldest siblings in this family make up 13 Crowns. There are 13 siblings in all……giving you the name. 

As an actual band who loves to play R&B Soul music, their original songs have fallen into the same lane as The Fugees, Arrested Development, with the ability to move and entertain like Earth Wind & Fire. Their songs feature positive messages that bring the listener into an upbeat mood and make you want to move.

Their hope is that everyone will see that under the surface we are all royal in our own way and each of us wears a crown.
